A 12-month Career Development Programme with on-the-job training, coaching and co-teaching opportunities
As a participant, you will be going "live" on real training assignments. Extremely practical and intensive in nature, this programme comprises:
Phase One
The 40-hour Core Programme lays out your training foundation.
Phase Two
The Business Programme teaching the business of training.
Phase Three
The Mentorship Programme covers on-the-job assignments, personal coaching, "live" co-teaching opportunities, e-support through e-groups and guidance via email.
