Practical Experiences
As a participant, you will be going "live" on real training assignments. The mentorship phase of the programme not only provides participants with guidance and direction, but offers real-life opportunities to build up practical experience.
Coaches work closely with you to help you get into the training profession in the shortest time possible. There will be opportunities to be at actual training sessions that have either been secured by the company or by participants themselves.
Through these sessions, CPT coaches will be present to evaluate your performance and to provide training support. Participants will also have access to a list of secured training projects which will be circulated periodically. Upon completion of the assignment, you will be required to submit a feedback report on what you have learnt, the overall flow of the event, etc. Some of the reports are as follows.
